Goodbye, Derby; Hello Disposable Culture

Another piece of Hamilton's history is coming down to make way for big boxes and mega parking. More evidence of the throw-away culture we live in.

Check out the stone, brick and block construction of this place. Whatever is built here will have no chance of lasting as long as this building would have with a simple reno.

We'll let the next generation worry about that...
