Design Hope is a fundraiser that solicits original works of art depicting "home" and then auctions/raffles them off to raise money for Hamilton Out of the Cold (look for a special profile in the next issue of RTH, due November 28).

To raise over $1,000 for this year's Design Hope initiative, local artist Dan Medakovic has agreed to have his chest waxed.

To see the waxing live and in excruciating detail, drop by NIE Esthetics, 26 Legend Court, Unit 4, Ancaster, on Friday, November 25 at 6:00 PM.

Admission is $5, which includes a chance to win one of the Design Hope art pieces.
