I took 10 minutes of video while standing at Cannon and Wentworth, and bikes are STILL worth it for Cannon. Look at my 10-minute STREETSIDE Cannon video.

That time, I chose very, very a fair summer weekend moment; neither bike-peak nor car-peak. About 64 cars versus about 16 bikes. Granted, the bikeratio is still slowly climbing, but as you notice the trend of the 1:4 bike:car ratio closely matches ROAD SURFACE ALLOCATION ratio (1:3 lanes for bike:car).

The surface allocation ratio has steeply climbed since last year, and will continue to climb next, until which point that the ratio actually favours bike usage (at first on summer weekends, and then also on good-weather weekdays). It's just one measly lane for just one crosstown artery of six. Besides, we don't want kids (which I often see on summer weekends) dangerously cycling with traffic on Main-King when they can just go to Cannon and use the bike lanes instead.
