According to this morning's Spec, the federal government is offering public transit funding based on ridership which it said is 2.4% in Hamilton. Does that mean that only 2.4% of Hamilton residents regularly use public transit?
If that is so, are 97.6% of people on our roadways being diverted for this?
I can't believe that is correct. The public transit use in Hamilton has to be greater than that.
