It wasn't relevant to put this message in the section about cycling lanes so it may as well be put here. Think of it as an indirect poke at your less than functional councilor Whitehead. Today in Ottawa the first section of OCS (Overhead Contact System) otherwise known as the Catenary wires for the Confederation Line LRT system gets turned on today to begin testing of LRV's. The yard wires will be turned on today. Then over a period of a few weeks OCS sections going up the access track to the mainline and then to Trembley Road Station and eventually all the way to Blair Station will be activated.
