The problem is that the provided link is "overselling" the project with dubious statements. For example:
600 people is the maximum crush load, with 240 people seated and 360 people standing. The maximum load is an important number, but let us not kid ourselves that this will be "quiet comfort." Instead, that load will look something like this:
