If bikes could ride the speed of car traffic, then I don't see why they should be banned. However, if they are causing a traffic impediment, due to their slower speed, isn't that a real cause for concern? I am not in favour of stupid laws banning anything, but to me, it seems to be a safety issue. Please correct me if I am missing something.
