Still no room for his massive parking lot and big box centre. The only plus is that it's got the highway visibility. It sounds like they still want a deal to have the keys handed over to them so they can manage the stadium. Someone else had previously mentioned that it would have been nice to factor a potential stadium in that location prior to redoing the Aberdeen bridge and ramps. Traffic would be more of a nightmare here. wouldn't it? Will Hostco accept this site? Does the stadium location alter the GO plans or the LRT?
