What's with your obsession with capacity? You're not the one having to crunch numbers and balance budgets. It seems very peculiar that you've taken such an interest in whether a school is 74% or 75% full. Once a building is closed, that's it. It's gone. It's not coming back.
It also predetermines a neighbourhood's future. No school. No families. No growth. Full stop.
Let's put an end to these arbitrary decisions about our schools.
