I used to live at Market/Hess. Sure, there's a ton of parking on the streets on Friday/Saturday nights, but very rarely were we woken up by noise or unable to sleep due to it. I get that now at my present place on Friday/Saturday more near St. Joe's due to the ambulances and fire trucks that run their sirens at all hours of the night, regardless of traffic, not to mention all the drunks stumbling home from the Augusta pubs. Please don't derail this discussion about parking into noise from an entertainment district.
