By this logic, we should never try to build anything again because past governments have screwed things up. Like all public entities, Metrolinx is a 'leaky bucket' but the alternative is not to bother trying, in which case we will end up looking back 20 years from now cursing the lack of leadership and foresight of today's politicians.

Until they present a workable plan to pay for The Big Move without using any revenue tools, the NDP have scarcely any more credibility on regional transit than the Hudak Conservatives, whose solution to our transportation woes is to build subways in Toronto and more highways everywhere else.
