Explore Hamilton

By Ryan McGreal
Published June 06, 2007

I just received an email from Biljana Njegovan, a Hamilton resident and amateur urban explorer who has launched a blog to record explorations through the city in a series of charming photo tours:

http://explorehamilton.blogspot.com

The introduction to the site reads:

I've been living in Hamilton for about a decade. I've never been satisfied with my suburban neighbourhood and have always believed that there was more to this city than townhouses and strip malls.

Our nasty reputation would have you believe that Hamilton is nothing more than a washed-up industrial town. A second fiddle to Toronto. The armpit of Ontario.

I couldn't disagree more.

Join me in my weekly adventures, where I will introduce you to the Hamilton that I know!

Check it out!
