Let's take a busy street like Charlton, from, say, John down to the end near Wellington. - it's 2 way all the way along there - The speed limit is 40, with a school zone - No bike lanes, but there isn't room for them along there - Sidewalks are along here, but they are the "standard" size (what is "wider sidewalks" - 2.5 'lanes' wide? Not sure what is meant by that) - Trees line this entire stretch

Yet people rip it along this stretch regardless of the day or time. Emergency vehicles included, whether needed or not.

So, is my example above a one-off, or is your statement more pointed towards Main, King, and the like?
