18th Concession Streetfest- We're Going Green Saturday June 7, 2014 from 11am to 6pm
May 12, 2014 (Hamilton, ON)—The Concession Street Business Improvement Area (BIA) is holding its 18th Concession Streetfest, Hamilton Mountain’s largest one day event, on Saturday, June 7, 2014 from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. This event will take place on Concession Street between Upper Wentworth and East 25th Street. The street will be closed to traffic for the event.
Concession Streetfest is a free admission event offering entertainment for all ages. You will find sidewalk sales, craft vendors, variety shows, musical entertainment and great food.
This year the BIA is featuring a cluster of vendors who are upcycling products to show that something old can be something new again.
Take a break from your shopping and listen to many local musicians, get a free salsa dancing lesson and watch for buskers who are ready to entertain you as you stroll along the street.
Stop by the Kids Zone at the Royal Bank Plaza for the petting zoo, free face painting, bouncers and lots more activities.
