Last week we highlighted some of the great work being done by Streetcar Developments in Toronto's wonderful Corktown neighbourhood.

Today the Toronto Star has a great piece on this company including an interview with its president.

Please come to Hamilton! (We even have a Corktown neighbourhood!)

they have taken over the neighbourhood with daily construction. we are surrounded on three sides by construction and the particular pollution in the area has me worried about my respiratory health.

i admire the intention of improving the neighbourhood, but not when all of the construction is happening no less than 20 feet away from my window.

today we have sewage removal for the porta-potties in the alley outside my window. our apartment now smells like an outdoor toilet.

i am very unimpressed.
