All day two-way GO service affords better connections to points outside of downtown Toronto, from two directions in many cases. That DOES support a reverse commuting option, provided local transit can offer the necessary services to take passengers to their places of employment.
Where that two-way service enters a major employment node (like Mississauga's core, or downtown Hamilton) then there is direct support for employment growth.
