This is a great piece Joey. Well written and researched.
Maybe this isn't the time, or place, but I can't help but wonder how many folks are like me. I honestly don't remember the last time I watched CH, or any TV news channel. I'm talking many, many years. I love the idea of Hamilton having a TV station, yet it never makes into my viewing routine.
Perhaps it's content? I've seen the odd clip online, and it seemed the same as Hamilton's other media outlets. Complaining about bike lanes, bragging about more box store complexes etc....
I wonder if I'm an outlier, or if there's a large under 40 population in Hamilton that simply don't turn this station on, or use TV for news?
