I seem to remember that there was a buyer interested in purchasing these buildings, but Wilson/Blanchard would not sell.
This is a great article, Nicholas. When I saw the blue screening up on one of the buildings I had hoped it meant the owner was going to start renewal. Sadly, no.
The property owner should be ashamed, although I doubt he is. Perhaps he feels "misunderstood".
