The perimeter of the property is the south side of Frances Avenue.
The Staff Report clearly states a sidewalk on the north side of Frances, which is where the existing multi-use path is located.
Appears decisions are being rushed through at Council based on misinformation and confusion.
Mistakes happen, but even the developer thinks he has to put a sidewalk in where the path is.
