Its not all offenders fault.why not question the system that runs the cicle.not all offenders are the same but the system always will. I hate my self for what i have done to my wife, i still think about it everyday and everytime i look at her. All i can say is system here in Ontario have a a very big role of why there is so much pain and suffering,violence and suisides.offenders are victim too they just made a wrong decision it happens sometimes and we pay for it but the system dont care if people gets hurt or die for them its just part of games and lies. System here is corrupt......big time they dont care for the people they will do anything just to keep it that way.
