Newsflash for the doctor: We already have a stadium with a CFL team. I can't seem to recognize any "wealth creation" as of yet. A new building will cost $$$ and before we an claim there is any "wealth creation" we will have to first offset the initial cost. How many years will it take to offset this initial cost? What will we do with the money then? Is there a wish list? Why not short-circuit the whole process and use the existing money to pay for things on the wish list?
