The most robust of the common blood borne pathogens, Hepatitis A, will almost certainly be dead in dried blood after a week, and certainly safe after a month. The other forms of Hep. die faster. That album probably predates HIV, but even if it did not HIV starts to die within minutes when the ambient temperature drops below body temperature.

So if you are really serious about that fine album making you nervous, relax and enjoy it.
