Beer Bread with Rosemary

1 1/2 c whole wheat flour 1 1/2 c all-purpose flour 3 T sugar 1 T baking powder 1 1/2 t salt 1 T chopped fresh rosemary or 1/4 t dried 1 375ml bottle beer

1 t olive oil 1 t chopped fresh rosemary or 1/4 t dried 1/4 t coarse salt

Combine flours, sugar, baking powder, salt, and rosemary. Stir in beer till dough comes together. Transfer to lightly oiled 8"x4" loaf pan. Brush top of loaf with olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary and coarse salt. Bake in 350 oven for 80 mins.
