I never claimed prejudice, I claimed inefficient use of finite enforcement resources, and misleading claims about the level of risk posed by cyclists.

I also never claimed that the laws are not enforced against motorists, I claimed that there are (in most cases) very good reasons why most enforcement resources should be focused on motorists.

I am a motorist myself ... this has to do with the intrinsic risk, not how honest motorists and cyclists are.

I do, in general, condemn enforcement that is not prioritized by risk (e.g. victimless crimes), but I don't need to write about all cases to write about one of them!
