An hour and a half per day? That's it? We should spend millions and incur decades of expensive maintenance for 90 minutes per day?
FWIW I've been on the jolley cut and Claremont many days at that time and have seen no issues. Even West 5 has only had slowdowns at the bottom. Fennel and Garth is virtually empty.
