Why Am I Single?

It seems to me that a fair chunk of the population has engaged in online dating and some have even gotten engaged from a quick swipe-right on Tinder. Magdalena BB looks at modern dating in her comedic one-woman play "Why Am I Single?"

This is the third Fringe show that she has written, performed, and produced, and her experience shines through with tight comic timing, appropriate callbacks, and a sarcastic wit that takes no prisoners.

She steps onstage dressed like a madwoman wearing a weird orange dress, rubber boots, and a heavy jacket which almost answers the question of why she is single. Ba Doom Ching.

As we walk down memory lane with Magda and meet her colourfully nicknamed previous boyfriends (think inconsiderate boors, married men, guys in open relationships whose girlfriends are not aware of this status), we can see how confusing it can be out there.

Magdalena is genuinely engaging and charismatic as a performer. For a good laugh about modern romance, Why Am I Single? comes highly recommended.
